The GLM high efficiency thread Sealing grease and GLZ drill pipe thread grease are both meticulously manufactured from specially made grease,modifier and solid packing with advanced technology.These two kinds of grease had been manufactured under the supervision of OCTG Research Center of China Petroleum and Natural Gas General Company,and adopted by the ¡°New Product Appraisal¡±.They have won the lst class prize of Sichuan provincial advanced prize of science and technology ,the first class prize of Chengdu City science and technology prize and the 3rd class prize of excellent product of Chengdu City in succession .They have been approved by the ISO 9002 international quality control system.
The QianLong GLM and GLZ thread grease in series are of good sealingability,adhesiveness ,resistance to water ,resistance to high/low temperature and high pessure,stable in colloid,reliable in sealing and screwing-up .The perormance temperature can be up to 150c and the pressue is bearable 850kg/m2,all the technical requirements can reach or exceed the American Petroleum Instiucle Standard API RP5A3,Furthermore, we have intensively solved the problems of corrosion resistance and oil separation,lowering down the target of oil separation within the range of<1.0.For the corrosion resistance ,all the area of the threads ptotetced by the grease ,will not be coroded.Tt is unneccessary to stir up before use ,the paste is homogeneous,fine,soft and bright.The grease is thin but not running off ;soft but not loose .Tt saves your labour to brush and can completely adhere to the thread,which can be called as the most optimum mew type contemporaty sealing material.
